Production Facilities

The company operates a modern production facility comprising two production halls, each with an area of 1,000 m², equipped with overhead cranes with lifting capacities of 12.5 Mg and 6.5 Mg. The infrastructure enables the execution of projects requiring precise machining, assembly, and welding of steel structures. Office and technical facilities support efficient production management and effective project coordination.

Machinery Park

Stal-System’s machinery park enables the execution of a wide range of technological processes:

boring machine WU100 TOS (travels 3500 × 2000),
two Ekert waterjet cutting machines (tables 3000×7500 and 2500×6000),
Bystronic laser cutting machine with 4 kW power (table 1500×3000),
welding and assembly stations,
band saw and auxiliary equipment.

Stal-System Sp. z o.o. delivers projects thanks to a qualified team of specialists including welders, assemblers, metalworkers, CNC operators, and cutting machine operators. The production process is supported by designers, technologists, and management staff, ensuring high quality workmanship and efficient execution of even demanding projects. Additional support is provided by teams responsible for logistics, technical documentation, sales, and marketing activities, enabling comprehensive service — from technological preparation to final production.

The company manufactures welded structures for various industrial sectors, including the railway industry in the Austrian and German markets, construction machinery industry in Poland and Scandinavian countries, as well as military applications in Poland and Ukraine.
